Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission's former online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (section 36 VSBG). Dudoxx HMS is aimed at clinics, medical practices and healthcare organisations.
